The employees are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The breakfast is sensational with fresh-squeezed orange juice, fabulous orange juice, and great coffee.

The room is bright and has an interesting interior design, plus it's conveniently located near the city center and restaurants.

The staff at Hotel Cetina Palacio Ayala Berganza in Segovia are very helpful and excellent. They offer a great breakfast with a variety of food. The service is good, and the location is absolutely perfect, very close to the town center.

Huge, pleasantly decorated unit with a centuries old cupboard, and very knowledgeable staff. Incredible and stunning location to all the major sights of Segovia and fairly quiet area. Again, walking distance to a towering Roman aqueduct...

The room was beautifully decorated with high beamed ceilings and a spacious bathroom. The bedsheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel's location was close to the city center and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its character, comfort, and excellent amenities.

Decoration, cleaning, spaciousness of the room and bathroom, coat rack. suite is really comfortable. bed is big and comfortable. It's a cozy suite. The bathtub is for one person and you will find two bathrobes and some bathroom accessories. I have not used whirlpool I can not assess performance. Also it has a musical thread and minibar . staff has been very correct and friendly. location is very good a few meters from the aqueduct and near the bus station and stop of the bus line n 12 that connects with the high speed train station.

heating wasn't working and they've fixed it by leaving two electric radiators. bathroom radiator was too low and then not heating anything. it was time to take a shower we decided to plug in one of the electric ones in the bathroom. bidet tap was loose and damaged shower head was spurting water. There was a lot of noise from the bathroom in the next room. Hair dryer not very powerful.

staff is friendly, they took care of us and indicated very well. hotel is very well located. room they gave us had a nice view of the bell, had a comfortable bathtub. room is fine and high ceilings are appreciated.

Value for money is good, if it helps you improve... it would improve the fact that the walls are made of paper and you can hear everything inside the hotel, even the room next door snoring or the people passing by in the corridor. fact that the bell rings 26 times in a row every hour doesn't help much to sleep either, that's not the hotel's fault (although they could put double glazing to improve soundproofing). We also didn't like that the bed had by default an interior cover like plastic even though it can be removed... we understand that they don't want the pillow to get dirty/wet, comfort loses a lot.

My double room was available with an electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe. It had large beds and a stunningly beautiful view of garden. Location: the hotel was near to a restored palace and all the bars and restaurants. Spent a nice evening at Cuevas de Duque, located close to the venue.

The breakfast is great, and the location is stunning really close to the historic centre, and all the restaurants.

The rooms are furnished in a classic style, featuring comfortable beds and centuries-old cupboards, adding a touch of charm to the ambiance. The buffet breakfast provided is of good quality, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day.

very close to city sights, secure, reasonably priced car park a short walk away,. Discount with hotel stamp. Rooms large, comfortable, big single beds. Value for money.
